CAMBODIA 2019

A gateway to the ruins of Angkor, Siem Reap is the capital city of its province in northwestern Cambodia. From palatable traditional Khmer cuisines, to symbolic fortresses of the Angkor Archaeological Park, Siam Reap is considered the capstone of Cambodia for historical exploration. The megalithic structures of Angkor had me on fours so we could take a glimpse at the beauty of its surroundings and naturescape. Even in the city boasts cultural connection from its old markets, corner souvenir store and modern cafes. People from the corners of each neighborhood had their story to tell and I was glad we took the time to listen.
